Common questions

Talking to your dog: Tap “Talk to <name>” and your dog will reply in character. Free users get 30 messages a day, and Woolly Club members get 150. When the day’s allowance is used up, your dog winds down for the day rather than showing an error.

Managing or cancelling Woolly Club: Subscriptions are billed by Apple. On your iPhone, go to Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Woolly. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the current period ends. See Apple’s subscription guidance.

Restoring a purchase: Reinstall the app and use “Restore Purchases” in the app’s settings.

What Woolly remembers, and editing or deleting memories: Memories are stored on your device. Open the brain icon in the Talk panel to view, correct, or delete individual memories.

Deleting all your data: “Start over — delete everything” in the app removes the local relationship, local analytics, and the iCloud copy.

Age policy: Woolly is for people aged 13 and over. An age gate runs before any data is collected.
